• happening In the Next Two weeks

    Service Times 9:30 & 11:00 a.m.

    On Sunday:

This Sunday is Palm Sunday, but there was so much more than that happened the week before the passion. Our scripture focus this Sunday is John 12:12-19

    Anniversary Cup Cakes:

Thank you to all who signed up to provide Cup Cakes for our anniversary/birthday service on April 12th. They can be dropped off to the church ont the Saturday or brought to Church before service on the 12th.

    Staffing for the future:

The Leadership Team will be presenting their recommendations on the assistant pastor position for the new church year in both services this Sunday.

    Easter Services:

Good Friday Service, April 3 at 10:30 and we will be celebrating the Resurrection in both services on April 5th.

    Step Up Cornerstone:

Traditionally April is our stewardship emphasis month as we take time to look at the Theology of Giving. This year our theme is "Generosity" and we will be looking at how generosity effects our lives and the life of our church.

    CIA Soup Kitchen:

We will be helping out at St. Georges Soup Kitchen on April 11, watch here for more details.

    20th Anniversary:

On April 12th we will be celebrating Cornerstone's 20th Birthday and the 10th Anniversary of our Building. This will be a great opportunity to invite folks who have had a past connection to either Cornerstone or Bedford Community Church.

    Anniversary Offering:

Normally we have an Easter Offering each year to help with end of year expenses or to go on principle of the mortgage. This year we are going to give it away! Without the sacrificial giving of Wesleyan across North America the start up funds would not have been available for our church to be birthed 20 years ago, so let's pay it forward. As a reflection of our gratitude to God and his people the offering this year will go to New Church Development on our district and denomination.

    Ladies Movie Night:

Ladies mark your calendars for May 23, details to come.
