    If you want to lose weight you know there is a price, if you want to get in shape you know there is a price. What about if you want to be Holy? Our scripture focus will be Romans 6:1-11

    Clean Up Day:

    Our Spring Clean Up is scheduled for May 28th from 9 until 3. If you can join us for an hour or three that would be great. Please see the sign up sheet on the bulletin board and pick your time and your chore. There will be a BBQ happening at noon time to fend off the hunger pangs.


    Baptism Service:

    We are planning a believer's baptism service on June 5th and June 12th (note the additional date) If you are a Christ Follower but have never followed him into baptism contact one of our staff and let's have a chat.



    Cornerstone Gardeners:

    Do you love to plant stuff and get dirt under your fingernails? You're in luck, stay tuned for more details on the Cornerstone Gardeners, those wonderful people that create and maintain our beautiful gardens out front. For more info see Tamara Elwood.

    Graduation Sunday:

    We will be honouring our High School Graduates on June 26th in both services. If you have a grad in your home please advise Pastor Stefan so we don't miss them.


    Kingswood Refugee Project:

    This is a community based effort to sponsor a refugee family, they are presently doing fund raising and recruiting volunteers. If you would like to give to the project you can do so through Cornerstone simply by indicating refugee project on your envelope. You can get more info from their Facebook Page


    Don't forget your chunky soup and evaporated milk on May 1st for Feed Nova Scotia.

    Ronald McDonald House:

    If you would like to become a regular contributor of this ministry we do provide meals for RMH every second Monday. Look for the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board, or check out Cornerstone's Face book page to see what items are needed for the meal we are making for that week. Feel free to contact Wanda or Vashti. If you have questions as to how you can help!

    Pre-Authorized Debit:

    Are the only cheques you write for Cornerstone? You can now take advantage of Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) for your giving - PAD can be set up for the 1st and/or 16th of each month. Forms can be downloaded by clicking here.


    We've been asked if we can accept E.Transfers for giving, the answer is yes. The email needed is giving@cornerstonewesleyan.ca and you can provide Mike Kneebone with the security question and answer.
