    STep Up Sunday

    Thank you to all who participated in Step Up Sunday, we are in the process of preparing next years budget, if you weren't here on Sunday or weren't able to participate you can download an Estimate of Giving card here and emailed to Mike Kneebone or they will be available this Sunday.

    Ignite Bowling Party:

    (Grades 4-6)  We have the bowling lanes at 7071 Bayers Road (in the Bayers Road Centre) booked from 1-3 pm on Saturday, May 2nd. The cost is $6 per child and that includes shoes as well.There will be drinks and snacks for everyone. But we thought it would be fun to have a bit of a twist so everyone should come dressed in 60's styles! Let's see what you can come up with and it should be lots of fun. Ignite leaders and parents are welcome to help supervise and kids, you can invite a friend! Contact Pastor Marilyn to confirm your spot.

    Mother's Day:

    On May 10th we will be celebrating "Moms" and there will be the gift of "Sunshine" for every mom who is present.


    Annual General Meeting:

    Our AGM will be held on May 12th at 7:00 p.m. Join us as we look back at the previous church year and look ahead to the future. We'll put the coffee on and if you could bring some sweet finger foods to nibble on that would be great.

    Girls Night Out:

    We will be gathering at the church on May 23rd, to watch the movie, Moms' Night Out. There will be snacks and the chance to make your own ice cream sundae. It will be a great opportunity to get out, visit with friends and relax together. The cost is $4 per person. There will be a sign up sheet on the bulletin board.     Church Clean Up Day:

    Hopefully the snow will be gone by May 30th as we clean up the property and church for another year. Join us from 9 a.m. to Noon time with your rakes, rags and buckets.

    Open Rehearsal:

    Bring your instrument or your voice and join in the music. June 11, 7-9pm we're getting together to play music have fun and get to know one another better. If you love music then you're invited. There's no pressure, no audience, and this isn't a practice for Sunday. There will be a whole lot of awesome music and lots of fun. Contact Pastor Stefan for more details. 

    Graduation Sunday:

    Each year we recognize our High School Graduates and this year we will take time on June 14th to do just that. But we can't recognize them if we don't know who they are, if you have a child graduating from High School please let Denn or Ben know.

    African Children's Choir:

    We are excited to be hosting the African Children's Choir for a morning concert on June 21st in both services.

    If you would like to become a regular contributor of this ministry we do provide meals for RMH every second Monday. Look for the sign-up sheet on the bulletin board, or check out Cornerstone's Facebook page to see what items are needed for the meal we are making for that week. Feel free to contact Wanda or Vashti.
